Professional development programme

Our professional development programme has been developed to meet the needs of group settings, schools and childminders, building on the local authority offer and working in partnership with ELEYSP to include:

• Initial training for setting managers about understanding the audit tools and using them for self-evaluation and improvement

Leadership Development, preparation for Ofsted inspections under the Common Inspection Framework, ECAT, ICAN, Safeguarding, Forest School, and inclusion

• Integrated professional development for the quality improvement team will be provided, including A+ Education Assessor training for ECERS/ITERS
